The wooden chip was added to make a basic tier 1 Circuit Board. It is only used in the tier one board. Originally, it was going to be called "Plank" but Tictoc26 had a better name for it. It has a shard like shape and uses the oak planks texture. Any planks, including mods that have ore dictionary, can be used to make this item.
