Frozen cobblestone is obtained from frozen stone. It's texture is normal cobblestone with a blue tint to it to give it a "cold" effect. It can not be made to make tools or any other crafting.

Obtaining

It is obtainable from frozen stone. It does not generate naturally.

Usage

It's like cobblestone. But can not be used to craft anything.
