Frosty grass generates in the frost dimension. It's texture is normal grass with a blue tint to it to give it a "cold" effect. Upon breaking it you will obtain frozen dirt. If a block is on top of it, it will eventually change to the frozen dirt.

Obtaining[edit | edit source]

Natural Generation[edit | edit source]

It generates in the frost dimension in the frost biomes. Though currently it does not because biomes aren't generating in the dimension for some reason.

Usage[edit | edit source]

It's grass, it is unknown if it acts like normal grass, allowing passive animals to spawn.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This actually was put in Beta 1.8, but was not obtainable in survival or even creative. You had to use TMI or NEI mod or the give command to get it.
  • The block wasn't put into the creative menu till the first snapshot of Beta 2.0 came out. (15w11a)
